Modern Apartments
in Fayetteville, AR

Stylish living with furnished options, included utilities, and a convenient Fayetteville location designed for comfort and simplicity.

Designed for Living

Apartments in Fayetteville. The bed, couch, and table are already here. Whatever you do on them is your business.

We furnish the boring stuff so you don’t have to assemble anything from a Swedish flat-pack at 11 p.m. on a Tuesday. Utilities on. Wi-Fi up. Show up with a suitcase and whatever makes a place feel like yours — the art, the records, the questionable lamp, the friend on the couch.
Good for people new to Fayetteville, between leases, or finally done with roommates. Tour it, or don’t. The unit will rent either way.

Modern Amenities

The stuff inside the apartment

High ceilings. Windows so big someone’s eventually going to see something they weren’t supposed to. A balcony that fits a chair, a person in the chair, and whatever the person in the chair is drinking. Cabinets that close. Floors a dog can’t kill, and we’ve tested that one harder than we’d like to admit.

The kitchen has what a kitchen should have. The washer and dryer are in the unit — not down the hall, not in a basement, definitely not in another building. Internet’s already on.

Utilities are on. Move in on a Tuesday, sleep in your own bed Tuesday night, don’t talk to a single utility company in between.

Everyday Living

Living here, generally

Fayetteville has a way of making people busier than they planned to be.

One drink turns into three. A quick trip to Dickson somehow becomes an all-night event. Somebody mentions going to George’s and suddenly it’s midnight and your Thursday’s gone.

At least the apartment part of your life stays easy. Furniture’s already here. Internet’s already on. Laundry’s in the unit. You move in without spending two straight weekends assembling furniture that arrives with emotional damage and missing screws.

There’s also a pickleball court here, which means at least one resident is currently treating recreational paddle sports with the intensity of Olympic training camp.

As they should.

What's Nearby

This part of Fayetteville makes it very easy to accidentally leave your apartment for six hours.
Dickson’s nearby. Campus is close. Wright’s BBQ is within dangerous range. Puritan exists for nights when your body’s asking for grilled cheese and poor judgment simultaneously.
You can grab coffee, meet friends for drinks, catch live music, and still make it home without feeling like the night required military-level coordination.
The nice thing about Fayetteville is there’s actual energy here, but enough space to step away from it when you want to.
Which becomes increasingly important once recovery time starts lasting longer than the actual night out.

Low-Hassle Living

Moving is the worst part of getting an apartment. We’ve taken as much of it off your plate as we reasonably can — show up, sign, sleep. The rest of life is hard enough.

Comfortable by Design (Mostly the People)

The apartment is nice. We’ve covered that. The part that’s harder to put in a brochure is that there’s a person here whose job is to make sure your stuff works, and they actually do it. Something breaks, you put in a maintenance request, somebody shows up. Revolutionary, we know.

Available Layouts

Floor Plans

All lofts. The bigger ones get you more room and more closets, which matters more than people admit until they’re standing in front of one trying to figure out where the vacuum goes. The smaller ones go faster because they’re cheaper, so if you want one, don’t think about it for a week.

Resident Feedback

What Residents Say

The reviews below are from people who live here. Read a few. Read all of them if you’ve got time. We’d tell you which ones to trust, but you’re a grown adult and you’ve read internet reviews before.

Connected Location

The walk out the front door

The front door opens into the part of Fayetteville people usually end up wanting to stay in.

Trails nearby. Bars nearby. Coffee nearby. Campus close enough that the city stays alive, but not so close that every conversation sounds like somebody discovering alcohol for the first time.

You’ll start building routines without really noticing it. Same brunch spot. Same bartender. Same “I’m staying in tonight” text immediately followed by you leaving the apartment twenty minutes later.

And when you do stay in, there’s a pickleball court downstairs waiting for somebody to take things way too seriously.

Which, statistically, will happen.
