Everyday Living

Living here, generally

Union Street is the address. You can walk to coffee, walk to dinner, walk home from dinner in a state coffee wouldn’t have helped with anyway. Downtown Jonesboro is small enough that you’ll start running into the same people, and big enough that you can usually avoid the ones from a night you’d rather not revisit.

The apartment handles the parts of life nobody wants to think about — laundry’s already in the unit, utilities are already on, the furniture is already there if you want it. What’s left is the part you actually moved here for.

What's Nearby

A-State is up the road. St. Bernards is up a different road. Most of the restaurants worth eating at are within walking distance, and the ones that aren’t are a short enough drive that you won’t think about it. Groceries, coffee, a haircut, a doctor — all close enough that “I’ll do it tomorrow” stops being a real excuse.

Low-Hassle Living

Moving is the worst part of getting an apartment. We’ve taken as much of it off your plate as we reasonably can — show up, sign, sleep. The rest of life is hard enough.

Comfortable by Design (Mostly the People)

The apartment is nice. We’ve covered that. The part that’s harder to put in a brochure is that there’s a person here whose job is to make sure your stuff works, and they actually do it. Something breaks, you put in a maintenance request, somebody shows up. Revolutionary, we know.

I cannot say enough great things about the Urban Lofts, and James and Meagan as the managers. As first time renters, the experience was a 10/10. Maintenance was always quick if we had anything that needed to be fixed. It is in such a good spot in town, and everything is close for convenience. I would recommend this place to rent for anyone.

My husband & I moved in and we love it! It’s one of the safest places we’ve ever lived. We really enjoy being able to walk across the street to places to eat. & the city life feeling. The beautiful lights that stretch across the street as well as the soft music playing outside is just a feeling in itself. We can barely wait for Christmas, we know it will be so beautiful out front! Also, James the landlord is awesome! He’s always quick to respond if you have questions.

I’ve absolutely loved living here! The apartment is updated, clean, and well-maintained, while the management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. The amenities are great — from the fitness center to the included furniture and utilities — and the location couldn’t be better. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming community!

Beautiful lofts in the perfect downtown location. The staff are some of the kindest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet, and the move-in process is seamless. A wonderful place to call home.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at the downtown Urban Loft Co location. With downtown Jonesboro now an entertainment district, there’s live music and street drinks, but no worries about the noise, the apartments are soundproofed from the outside. Plus, I’m just a two-minute walk from a dozen, maybe more, great downtown restaurants. I so Look forward to when I get off work, I can sit on my private balcony, listen to the live music, and sip a drink I bought at a bar that I walked home with. It’s truly a unique experience for anyone living in Jonesboro. And with the gym just 30 feet from my door, staying active is easy. A true student, bachelor, or bachelorettes’ paradise. Although, the units are sized for a couple.

Walkable. That’s the whole pitch. Coffee, dinner, a few bars, some shopping, a spa, the theater — all on foot, all close enough that the walk is part of the appeal and not a thing you have to talk yourself into. A couple times a year there’s a festival outside your door, and you don’t have to go to it but you will, because it’s right there and you already paid for the apartment.
