High ceilings. Windows so big someone’s eventually going to see something they weren’t supposed to. A balcony that fits a chair, a person in the chair, and whatever the person in the chair is drinking. Cabinets that close. Floors a dog can’t kill, and we’ve tested that one harder than we’d like to admit.

The kitchen has what a kitchen should have. The washer and dryer are in the unit — not down the hall, not in a basement, definitely not in another building. Internet’s already on. Utilities are on. Move in on a Tuesday, sleep in your own bed Tuesday night, don’t talk to a single utility company in between.
